For mid-October the German G-Club called for the regional meeting in beautiful Montafon, which we couldn’t miss. . .
The event started on Friday evening with a cozy evening at the Montafoner Hof. On Saturday and Sunday trips to the Grasjoch hut, Schafberg and a quarry were planned.
Unfortunately, the sunrise ride was cancelled on Saturday morning due to weather conditions. After breakfast we went to the Grasjochhütte, the view was phenomenal, unfortunately still in light rain.
Then we went along the toll road to the Silvretta reservoir at 2200m above sea level.
At 14 o’clock we came to the Schafberg for lunch.
The weather god meant well to us and the weather finally loosened up. At 5 p. m. the starting point was reached.
On Sunday we went to the quarry after breakfast. During a skill ride different stamps were approached and collected.
Afterwards, the G-Classes had free access and were allowed to move freely.
Many thanks to the G-Club Deutschland for the organisation! It was indeed G-waltige days in the Montafon!
