Right to cancel
You may cancel your contract within 30 days, without giving reasons, in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail – see imprint) or – if the item is delivered to you before the expiry of the period – by returning the item. The period begins on the day following receipt of this instruction in text form, though not before receipt of the goods at the premises of the recipient and also not before the discharge of our duties to furnish information. The punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient for observing the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation, the goods or services received by both parties must be restored and any benefits enjoyed (e.g. interest) returned. If you are unable to restore to us the goods or services received wholly or in part or can only restore them in an impaired state you must, where applicable, provide us with appropriate compensation for lost value. When items are surrendered this shall not apply if the impairment of the item is exclusively attributable to its inspection - as would have been possible for you in a retail outlet, for instance. Otherwise, you may avoid the obligation to provide compensation for lost value for an impairment which has occurred due to the normal usage of the item by not putting the item into use as your property and by refraining from doing anything which affects its value. Items capable of being dispatched in parcel form shall be returned at our risk.

Costs of return
You must bear the costs of return if the goods supplied correspond with those ordered. We shall refund payments already made following receipt of the goods. In the case of justified complaints we shall naturally credit the postage costs together with the value of the goods. If cash on delivery consignments are not accepted for an inadmissible reason, we shall charge you the costs incurred by the delivery company.

Goods you return must be unused and unopened. Please ensure without fail that you package your return consignment properly – if possible use our outer packaging.

What should you do if the package arrives damaged?
Complaints regarding damage in transit must be made to the driver immediately upon acceptance. The latter shall then initiate a damage report. In the absence of immediate damage assessment we are unable to pay compensation.
